Studio Rules & Safety
To keep the studios safe, comfortable and in good condition, every user must follow the basic rules below.
Take care of the equipment
Use the equipment for its intended purpose and leave the studio as you found it.
Do not move or reconfigure technical installations if you are not sure how to restore them correctly.
Additional guests
You may bring other people as long as you respect the maximum capacity of the studio you booked.
The person who made the booking remains responsible for the group and for proper use of the room.
Minors
You must be at least 16 years old to use your own account and access a studio independently.
A person under 16 may be present when accompanied by a responsible adult who takes responsibility during the visit.
Food and drinks
You may bring your own food and drinks.
Eat in the common area rather than inside the studio. Drinks in the studio must remain securely closed and away from the equipment.
Smoking, vaping and drugs
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the studios or indoor areas.
Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are not allowed in or around Plug The Jack locations.
Animals
Animals are not allowed inside Plug The Jack centres.
Volume
The studios are designed for music, but use the equipment at a responsible level. Avoid clipping and do not set levels higher than necessary for your session.
Photos and video
For personal, non-commercial use, you may take photos or video during your booked session as long as capacity, safety and equipment are respected.
For commercial shoots or productions, contact Plug The Jack in advance so the conditions can be agreed.
CCTV and safety
Security cameras may be present in the centres. They are used for safety, access control and protection of people and equipment.
The centres are also monitored remotely so the team can respond to incidents or technical issues.
