About Plug The Jack
Plug The Jack is Belgium’s largest creative studio network, bringing together 100+ professional rehearsal, DJ and recording studios across Brussels, Liège, Antwerp and Ghent, with Lille joining the network by the end of 2026.
Designed to be fully automated, accessible and affordable, Plug The Jack empowers artists at every level to rehearse, create, experiment and express themselves freely in professional spaces, without financial barriers.
What started as a Belgian success story is now a fast-growing creative network, with strong ambitions to expand internationally and become a reference for accessible music infrastructure across Europe and beyond.

Your Role
As Music Studio Manager, you are the voice, the face, and the operational backbone of Plug The Jack studios in Brussels.
Your Responsabilities
Artist experience & customer support
You represent the voice and energy of Plug The Jack and act as the first point of contact for artists, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience before, during and after their sessions by handling customer support, reservations, questions, access issues and general requests through phone, email and messaging platforms while assisting artists both on-site and remotely.
Studio quality & daily operations
You help maintain the quality, atmosphere, and professionalism of the studios. This means ensuring the spaces remain clean, organized, and fully operational, while being available to assist artists whenever they need support.
Studio operations & coordination
You contribute to the smooth daily operation of all Plug The Jack centres by coordinating communication between the teams in Brussels, Liège, Antwerp, and Ghent. You monitor operational needs across locations and help ensure a consistent Plug The Jack experience in every studio.
Social media & content creation
You help grow the Plug The Jack community online by creating engaging social media content, capturing photos and videos on site, and collaborating with teams across centres to collect and share authentic moments from the studios.

Being a musician, producer, DJ, or actively involved in music creation is essential. Understanding how artists think, create, and work is key to providing the best possible experience at Plug The Jack and connecting authentically with the community.
Required skills
- Musician, producer, DJ or actively involved in music creation (essential)
- Comfortable in English, French and Dutch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Client-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Bonus skills
- Experience with social media management
- Experience with content creation (photo/video)
- Familiarity with creative communities or events
