How Does Your Access Code Work?
After your booking is confirmed, you receive a personal access code that lets you enter the Plug The Jack building and your reserved studio.
When does the code work?
Building access: from one hour before the start of your booking.
Studio access: from the booked start time of your session.
Where do you find your code?
You can find the access information in your confirmation email and with your session in My Bookings.
Arrived early?
You can enter the building from one hour before your session and use the common area.
Your reserved studio only becomes accessible from the booked start time.
Your code does not work?
Check first:
- that you are looking at the correct booking and date;
- that you are using the code during the correct time window;
- that the booking is confirmed;
- that you enter the code exactly as shown in your account or email.
If the code still does not work during the valid access period, contact the Plug The Jack team.
Do not share your code unnecessarily
Your access code is linked to your booking. You remain responsible for the people accompanying you and for respecting the maximum capacity of the studio.
