Use the RØDECaster Pro

Find the main RØDECaster Pro functions and answers to common questions during a podcast session.

Connect a phone by Bluetooth

You can connect a phone or another Bluetooth device to the RØDECaster Pro to play audio or include a call in your session.

Press the Bluetooth button and enable pairing mode. When the button flashes, the RØDECaster is ready to pair.

Pause a recording

During a recording, hold the record button to pause.

A pause symbol appears on the screen. Press the record button again to continue.

Change soundpad sounds

The video below shows how to modify the sounds assigned to the soundpads.

Adjust screen brightness

Open the RØDECaster settings and go to the hardware/advanced settings to adjust the screen brightness.

Reset the RØDECaster Pro

A reset can solve many software or configuration issues.

On the screen, go to:

Settings → System → Information → Reset
